 GL events Brasil, Brazilian operation in one of world largest event groups, the French company GL events, undertook on August 2013 the management of S?o Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center for 30 years. With R$ 300 million investment plan for the first 54 months, the Group will modernize the venue, refurbish the current 40,000 square meters pavillion, construct a 50,000 square meter exhibition area and 10,000 square meter convention center. Fifty per cent of the amount shall be applied in road accesses improvements to the exhibition center. Furthermore, there is a construction of a 250 rooms hotel in the plans. |
