As UCTEA Chamber of Metallurgical and Materials Engineers' Training Center (METEM), we are proud to announce that we will come together for the second time as the entire metallurgical community at 2nd Employee Safety and Wellbeing Symposium in Metallurgy Sector, where we will address the issues of "occupational health, employee safety and welfare" from a connectivity perspective, on 13-14 November 2025 at ITU, Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center in Istanbul. In the symposium, where you can find the details within the scope and where all good practice examples will be shared, we will learn the "Human-Centered Approach", which is at least as important as rule-oriented approaches in order for our sector to produce in a much healthier and safer way, examine good practice examples and discuss them with subject experts.
