We are delighted to invite you to the 6th International Symposium on Lipid Oxidation and Antioxidants, which will be held from 12-14 October 2026 in Wageningen, The Netherlands. Lipid oxidation and its control through antioxidant strategies have been studied for decades. Yet, these topics remain high relevant in today's world, striving for greater sustainability, higher nutritional quality, cleaner labels, and minimal processing. The symposium will highlight cutting-edge research on lipid oxidation mechanisms, analytical methods, antioxidant strategies, and nutritional implications. It will also offer exceptional networking opportunities with world-leading scientists, R&D specialists, and industry partners for which lipid oxidation is a key challenge. The symposium will be hosted by Wageningen University, internationally recognized as a global center of excellence in food, agriculture, and life sciences.
