The ISDE is a vibrant multidisciplinary community of physicians, allied health personnel, and scientists all unified in their interest and focus on both benign and malignant conditions affecting this physiologically and anatomically unique organ. We are building on the huge success of our most recent meeting in Edinburgh, Scotland, where we had 850 registrants from over 50 countries providing varied perspectives of both benign and malignant diseases of the esophagus with broad representation from gastroenterologists, surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, scientists, nurses, dietitians, industry partners, and patient advocates.
