Every three years, the CIPA organize its congress in a different country. Experience sharing, increase knowledge and dissemination is the raison d'etre of the congress for the plasticulture community: scientist, researchers, converters, distributors, growers and farmers. The next congress of CIPA will be held in Beijing in the spring of 2021 on the theme "Plasticulture, food security and environmental responsibility". This is a unique opportunity to discover or better know the first country in the world for plasticulture, which has allowed China to cultivate millions of hectares of semi-arid or cold land.
