Busan Global Water Forum is a follow-up event of 2012 IWA World Water Congress, which was held in Busan. Since 2013, the forum has been held every year as an IWA event, jointly with Environment & Energy Tech Exhibition of Busan city. During the first three forums, water experts from Asian countries shared their successful histories on water policy execution and technical cooperations among Asian countries and discussed how to provide sustainable water solutions to pending water issues in Asia. Since the fourth forum in 2016, we have included an academic conference in our forum in an effort to broaden our spectra and to firmly establish the status of the forum as a global event. Since 2016, also included in our goals is glocalization which emphasizes the nexus between local and global water agenda. Website: http://www.bwf.kr/
