The 34th Conference on Weather Analysis and Forecasting (WAF) and the 30th Conference on Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) are organized by the AMS Committee on Weather Analysis and Forecasting and are hosted by the American Meteorological Society. The 32nd Conference on Severe Local Storms is organized by the AMS Committee on Severe Local Storms and hosted by the American Meteorological Society. The 25th Conference on Planned and Inadvertent Weather Modification is sponsored by the American Meteorological Society and organized by the Committee on Planned and Inadvertent Weather Modification. The 22nd Conference on Mountain Meteorology was hosted by the American Meteorological Society and organized by the Committee on Mountain Meteorology. The 17th Conference on Cloud Physics/17th Conference on Atmospheric Radiation was and organized by the Committee on Cloud Physics and the Committee on Atmospheric Radiation and hosted by the American Meteorological Society. The Eighth Conference on Weather Warnings and Communication is organized by the Board on Societal Impacts and hosted by the American Meteorological Society.
